FAQs
Pricing questions
Why no public price?
Every environment is different. We size pricing to user count, device count, and security posture during a 30-minute discovery, and the number you see is the number you pay.
Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding is a fixed, one-time fee disclosed before you sign. No hourly meters, no surprise change orders.
What happens if my team grows?
Per-user pricing scales linearly. We invoice the delta, no contract renegotiation for normal headcount changes.
What is included in the monthly fee, and what counts as a project?
Day-to-day support, monitoring, patching, and security operations are covered by the flat monthly fee. Larger one-time efforts like an office move, a server migration, or a Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation are scoped and quoted as fixed-price projects before any work starts.
Are software licenses included in the price?
Licensing for Microsoft 365, security tooling, and backup is itemized on the same invoice at transparent pricing, so you always see what the tools cost versus the service.
Who counts as a user?
People, not mailboxes. Shared mailboxes, conference rooms, and service accounts are not billed. A part-time employee with a company login counts the same as a full-time one, since both carry the same security surface.
How does co-managed pricing work if we have internal IT?
Co-managed engagements are priced on the slice you hand us (for example, security operations and patching while your team owns the help desk), so you are not paying twice for work your staff already does.
Are managed IT services cheaper than hiring in-house IT?
For most businesses under about 150 employees, a full internal IT team costs more than a managed engagement once salaries, tooling, and coverage gaps are counted. We wrote up the real numbers in our cost comparison.
